.. In 1988 a violent earthquake struck the state of Armenia, with a magnitude of 8.2 Richter! The country was literally destroyed and because of it, more than 30 thousand people died in less than 4 minutes.
The Armenian News Agency wrote in separate episodes real stories about the people of the earthquake that changed their lives forever.
.. Among them is a husband who left his wife at home after making sure of her safety and went out to run to the school where their son was in to see what happened to him.
.. He arrived and found the school had been completely destroyed and took the violent shock and fell on his knee slapped when he imagined the fate of his son.
Suddenly he got up and remembered that he was always counting his son, swinging him with one fixed sentence: (No matter what, I will always be by your side).
Then he looked at the pile of rubble that had accumulated, and jogged towards it, and roughly counted the class in which his son was studying.
He went to the rubble there, and without tools, he began digging and removing the rubble.
.. The firefighter came and the fire officer was affected by the father's sight and tried to keep him away from the wreckage, to no avail.
The only thing that was in front of the father's eye was his promise to his son and he kept digging for a long time until it exceeded 24 hours and it continues and at the 25th hour a huge stone was removed and a cavity appeared and he shouted with the loudness of his voice in the name of his son (Armand).
.. He received a reply from his son in his voice without seeing him: I am here, father. I told my colleagues that you would come because you promised me (no matter what, I will be by your side) and here I did, father.
His father extended his hand as he lifted the stones with force and removed them with double enthusiasm: (Come on, my son, get out).
The boy replied, "No, Dad, let my classmates go out first. Because I know you'll get me out no matter what. I know you'll always be by my side."
...because of the father's promise to his son and the child's faith in his father, 26 children who were presumed dead were rescued.
The writer Charles Dickens says: (If a promise is broken, it does not make a sound, but a lot of pain).
